As a Cyber Analyst, your mission will be to support cybersecurity efforts within the company by participating in defining, executing, and monitoring cyber projects, controls, and operational activities to enhance our defenses against threats.Key responsibilities include:
Reviewing application modules, user lifecycle processes, recertification, exceptions, and approvals in line with group policies.Developing and implementing security controls, documenting scope and objectives.Supporting audit requests and collaborating with compliance, audit, and risk teams.Reviewing evidence and controls to ensure remedial actions are completed.Managing cyber technology risks by coordinating adoption of frameworks and policies, ensuring regulatory compliance.Knowledge of identity tools like SailPoint, CyberArk, and familiarity with Azure AD and Active Directory.Understanding network security devices such as firewalls and IPS.Addressing gaps in Identity and Access Management (IAM) related matters.Collaborating on role definition and segregation of duties.Ensuring compliance and supporting security audits.Working across business units to standardize policies and procedures.Participating in developing and improving methodologies and standards.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience in cybersecurity within the financial sector.Support and oversight of cyber controls implementation.Knowledge of IT security solutions, frameworks, and threats.Ability to understand business and technology contexts, managing uncertainty.Strong communication, problem-solving, and innovative skills.Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks like NIST.Experience analyzing cybersecurity events and incident response.Experience with Identity Management applications, network security solutions, and SOX controls.Proficiency with Azure AD and policy management.Knowledge of access control technologies and security solutions.RECOMMENDED SKILLS
Technical skills in access control across various technologies.Certifications such as ISO27001, CISSP, ISACA, etc.Experience with banking processes is a plus.WHAT WE OFFER
