This role involves managing complex insurance debtor and creditor accounts within an international environment, working alongside other credit controllers.Your main responsibilities include:
Liaising with international and domestic customers, insurance intermediaries, and reinsurers to ensure timely collection of premiums and recoveries.Managing broker and reinsurer accounts, building effective relationships, and working collaboratively with colleagues to meet team goals.Working closely with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to resolve queries.Developing strong analytical, relationship management, and communication skills.Gaining knowledge of international insurance structures, including reinsurance, and expanding expertise.Skills and experience:
