About the roleWe are looking for a Social Media Multilingual Content Creator & International Coordinator to join our team full-time in Alcobendas, Madrid.
This role combines hands-on content creation with creative coordination across international markets. You will not only create content yourself — including appearing on camera — but also help define content formats and coordinate international teams and creators to produce locally relevant versions aligned with the same creative direction.
Key responsibilitiesCreate social media content for Hellofun, including appearing on cameraHelp define content ideas, formats, and creative guidelines for different platformsCoordinate international teams and external creators to produce content adapted to local marketsEnsure consistency in brand tone, creative quality, and messaging across countriesCollaborate with internal teams to align content with broader marketing goalsSupport social media planning and content calendar development
RequirementsExperience creating video content for social mediaConfidence and strong presence on cameraStrong creative judgment and the ability to develop repeatable content formatsExperience coordinating projects, creators, or teamsStrong communication skills for both audience engagement and cross-functional collaborationGood understanding of international markets and cultural nuancesFluency in Spanish and EnglishBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
