Job Responsibilities
* Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support, including customer development, project delivery, and commissioning support
* Resolve technical issues promptly, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
* Gather customer requirements and communicate effectively with R&D
* Analyze customer feedback for product improvements
* Drive product enhancements in collaboration with R&D
* Create and deliver technical documentation and training materials
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor degree or above in relevant fields (electric power, communication, electronics, automotive engineering, etc.)
* At least 1 year of related work experience; experience in charging pile or new energy industry preferred
* Strong methodology, execution, pressure resistance, teamwork, learning ability, service consciousness, and responsibility
* Fluent in English and Spanish; Mandarin is a plus
