Job Summary:
As Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will join our Maintenance team! In this role, you will report to the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor and will have the opportunity to be responsible for carrying out maintenance (preventive/predictive) and repair (corrective) work on the Plant's mechanical equipment, following established procedures and/or advice received, ensuring that tasks are executed in a timely manner, with quality and a technically correct method in order to achieve maximum performance and availability of the Plant, assisting the Mechanical Manager in problem solving and also acting in accordance with the role designated in the PEI (Intervention Team) in the event of an emergency being declared. Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
-Act in the event of an emergency as a member of the intervention and/or support team, or act as substitutes for other emergency team appointments, as defined in the PEI.
-Perform preventive and predictive maintenance work on mechanical equipment, in accordance with the maintenance plan.
-Troubleshoot and repair plant mechanical equipment that is faulty or malfunctioning.
-Supervise mechanical tasks contracted to external companies.
-Participate in maintenance work teams to resolve breakdowns.
-Prepare repair and/or technical reports of various kinds and collaborate in the analysis and investigation of incidents.
-Collaborate in the preparation of procedures, shutdown planning, and maintenance plans, proposing improvements, if applicable.
-Use the Plant Management System (BFS) to create Shortage Notifications, work orders, material requests, etc., also performing tasks specific to their supervisor when their replacement is appointed. Participate in 5 Whys.
-Collaborate in the correct and effective implementation of the integrated safety, health, environment, and major accident management system for the assigned group's location, based on the responsibilities outlined in the applicable procedures.
-Promote continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:

-Skills: Office, outlook, Sharepoint, Teams/knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial machinery maintenance, experience in industrial boilers
