1-year temporary contract – dedicated for young talent
It is mandatory to have graduated less than 3 years ago to be able to take part in the graduate program
Mission:
Reporting to the Digital Media Manager for Carolina Herrera, the digital graduate will have a role of support to the management of Digital Marketing projects including but not limited to:
* Digital Media
* Social Media
* Coordinate with internal departments (Product development, Communication or Operational Marketing) to ensure delivery of assets, materials or insights needed for the proper execution of digital marketing projects
* Communicate with Digital Media agencies to ensure delivery of media plans, optimization of campaigns and consolidation of media reports
* Brief and management of Creative agencies to deliver creative assets according to pre-defined strategy
* Oversee other suppliers that might need to be involved for specific projects (3D, AR...)
* Support in the development of international media guidelines and creative assets to launch new beauty products across all Puig markets
* Assemble clear white papers to present the above guidelines and assets to the Puig’s subsidiaries for go-to-market implementation
* Keep updated the internal Asset Management platforms
* Liaise with Puig’s local subsidiaries, our main internal client, to guarantee proper implementation of international guidelines.
* Attend to the requests of Puig’s subsidiaries and adapt or create new materials that fulfill local needs
* Track the performance of the subsidiaries’ online activations and prepare monitoring reports
* Assist in the definition of social media strategies for our international platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube)
* Manage daily tasks for social media (content scheduling, community management)
* Analyze social media data and create comprehensive reports to obtain learnings and help define future strategies
* Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience
* Education : Communication background (Advertising, Marketing, Design)
* Languages : English and Spanish are a must
* Competencies : Agile, Proactive, Organized, Attentive to detail and Easy-going
* Specific Knowledge required :
* Previous experience in Digital marketing is a must (agency or client side)
* Social media management is nice-to-have
* Data management and analytics reporting
* Knowledge of graphic design tools is appreciated
* Understanding of design and aesthetics
