INSUD PHARMA believes in innovation and sustainable development. /p pstrong The challenge: /strong /p p The individual will be responsible for supporting the development, testing and implementation of new packaging materials and designs. /pp This includes working with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and design team. /p pstrong Specific Responsibilities: /strong /p ulli Be the packaging expert for the organization. /lili Own all packaging related activities for assigned products. /lili Ensure that packaging is developed and specified to meet the needs; lead material and supplier qualification efforts. /lili Be the contact with procurement for supplier allocation across packaging lines. /lili Ensure that all packaging activities are properly documented (specs, drawings, qualifications, change controls, etc.). /lili Technical Support for quality discussions with material and equipment suppliers – handle the complaint process (oversight investigations, follow-up CAPAs). /lili Improve finished product palletization efficiency. /lili Reduce stops and OEE loss due to materials quality – drive improvement projects. /lili Standardization of keylines to optimize change over of the packaging lines /lili Lead the adquisition of change over for packaging lines /li /ul pstrong Requirements and personal skills: /strong /p ullib Education: /b BS or MS in a scientific or engineering discipline. /lilib Languages: /b Spanish and English fluent is a must. /lilib Experience (years/area): /b 5 vears#39; experience in a relevant packaging role. /lilib Specific Knowledge: /b Developing blister, cartoning, shipping, pallets/logistics; artworks, keylines, and labelling –this is going to be a separate team o packaging equipment – Blister, labelers, cartoners, etc. /lilib Pharmaceutical experience /b and regulatory knowledge is valuable for the position. /lilib Travels: /b Willing to travel occasionally. /lilib Personal skills: /b Good communication skills, proactivity, good working under pressure, team working, problem-solving, good organizational skills and persistent. /li /ul pstrong¡Nuestros beneficios! /strong /p p⏰Horario flexible de lunes a viernes con entrada de 08:00 a 09:30 y salida desde las 16:30 en adelante en función de la hora de entrada /pp Contrato laboral en prácticas de 6 meses con posibilidad de ampliación a 12 meses, y posterior posibilidad de paso a indefinido /pp Atractivo paquete salarial /p
