Howden Spain (HES) designs, manufactures and supplies air and gas handling equipment such as industrial fans, process gas compressors and rotary heat exchangers. Our products have made a valuable difference for our clients, and we are now looking for Regional Sales Manager Iberia who will join our team and assist us in making a valuable difference. _What Will You Do?_ - Generate and convert technical sales opportunities across Spain and Portugal. - Grow aftermarket footprint with the Aftermarket Director. - Build long-term relationships with end users, EPCs, contractors and consultants. - Promote the combined strengths of Chart-Howden solutions. - Maximise bookings across the full asset lifecycle. - Coordinate high-quality delivery of services and spare parts. Day-to-Day Activities This role involves regular customer engagement, including visits to customer sites to assess technical requirements and promote engineered product and service solutions. The RSM works closely with internal technical services teams to develop optimal solutions that meet customer operational and commercial needs. communication skills in English are required. Physical Work Environment The role requires regular travel within the Iberian region, including visits to customer sites and meetings with internal stakeholders. _What do you Bring_ - Proven technical sales experience (5-10 years ideal). - Strong understanding of industrial processes. - Knowledge of rotating equipment. - Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. - Ability to work across cultures and global teams. - Proficiency with MS Office, CRM and business tools. Education & Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Significant relevant technical sales experience (typically 5-10 years) in lieu of formal qualifications. Strong knowledge of industrial processes within sectors such as Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Chemical and Metal Processing industries. Working knowledge of rotating equipment, particularly fans and heaters. Computer-literate, with solid working knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems and related business applications. _Professional Experience & Competencies_ You will demonstrate a proven track record in developing and closing sales opportunities within competitive, technical markets using value-based selling methodologies.
