We are looking for an IT specialist to join our Roche Informatics division. In Roche Informatics, we focus on delivering technology that evolves the practice of medicine and helps patients live longer, better lives.
Aspire Program: This multi-year initiative aims to define and develop functional ERP roadmaps to simplify, standardize, and automate business processes and systems, leveraging SAP’s industry and Roche’s best practices.
Your Team:
As a P2RFA (Plan to Retire Fixed Assets) IT core team member, you will play a key role in delivering IT solutions that meet business requirements in ERP PM (Plant Maintenance) / EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) within the Aspire program.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Define, design, build, and oversee the implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA-based ERP functional solutions for Plant Maintenance (PM) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and cloud solutions supporting business processes (SAP Asset Manager, SAP Asset Performance Management).
2. Ensure solutions align with Roche business needs and end-to-end technical operations, including systems, interfaces, and platforms.
3. Collaborate with program and business teams to maintain continuous alignment among different Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
4. Work closely with functional and IT teams, especially in Plant Maintenance, IT Architecture, Master Data, Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance.
5. Coordinate with PMO for effective project governance, management, and reporting according to plan and milestones.
6. Ensure smooth handover of solutions to support and operations teams.
7. Maintain inventory of workflows, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (WRICEFs) in maintenance.
8. Write and review functional specifications and configuration guides for PM/EAM solutions.
Your Qualifications and Experience:
1. Extensive experience in delivering ERP solutions within a global pharmaceutical enterprise, especially in transformational projects.
2. Experience with key integration areas such as Procurement, Warehouse (SAP EWM), Production, Quality Management, and Finance.
3. Hands-on experience with SAP cloud-based EAM solutions.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in large multinational environments, with an agile mindset.
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Ability to prioritize, develop workflows, and manage relationships with business and providers.
7. Experience with system validation, including documentation and testing.
