Requirements of the Role
What you’ll bring to the team
1. Proven experience launching a new product from scratch.
2. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage complexity across multiple business areas.
3. Strong analytical mindset - using data to prioritize, measure, and learn.
4. Excellent communication skills - able to adapt from senior leadership to engineering teams.
5. Deep understanding of customer experience and user-centric design.
6. Comfortable leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to accelerate discovery, research, product impact and create high value.
7. Drive innovation by identifying and applying new methods, tools, and approaches to increase squad productivity and delivery speed.
8. Track record of working effectively with UX Design, UX Research, and engineering.
9. 3-5+ years’ experience & understanding of IT development processes
10. Airline, travel, or customer retention experience is a plus
