Our client is a multinational company operating in more than 30 countries.
Demand & S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
Contribute to the end-to-end sales forecasting process and ensure reliable monthly short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts.
Incorporate sales history, seasonality, environment, commercial actions, promotions, and new launches.
Upload, validate, and maintain demand forecasts in Arkieva ; analyze forecast accuracy and bias.
Prepare and lead Demand Meeting Reviews as part of the S&OP cycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate supply-impacting changes.
Align demand and supply signals, proposing scenarios to protect service levels.
Contribute to the S&OP process. Strong interface with commercial, plant logistics and / or distribution network to anticipate any changes/issues which may have an impact on supply (industrial transfers, launching, packaging changes...)
Involvement in the Launch process for all products in the territory, initiating GMIDs, following FOQs and participating in launch meetings.
Responsible for the ABC categorization of the products and the SS level
OOS Prevention & Service
Report products in OOS or at Risk of OOS with SKU-level visibility.
Perform root-cause analysis and implement mitigation actions.
Ensure delivery of goods on time with no rupture to meet market needs, by monitoring stocks/obsolescence.
Inventory Management & Controls
Monitor inventory levels and obsolescence across warehouses.
Conduct regular and ad-hoc inventory counts with 3PL partner.
Ensure accurate stock adjustments with local warehouses.
Identify slow-moving inventory and recommend appropriate actions.
Internal Logistics Execution
Book unload slots into the warehouse and follow up inbound processing.
Resolve delivery issues quickly to protect service levels.
3PL & Warehouse Management
Maintain operational relationships with 3PL partners.
Follow up warehouse stock adjustments and accuracy.
Monitor relabelling processes, ensuring correct pricing and artwork.
Coordinate destruction processes with warehouses and suppliers.
Promotional & Value-Added Activities
Plan and schedule production for promotional packs.
Track components, artwork, and batch readiness.
Performance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Monitor supply chain performance and propose KPIs and dashboards.
Prepare reporting for management and S&OP forums.
Support audits and ensure GDP/SOP compliance.
Work together with the Finance team to improve COGs.
