The Role
We are looking for a driven and strategic Wholesale Key Account Manager – EMEA to join our team. You will be responsible for accelerating our brand’s growth across key wholesale partners in the EMEA region, building strong relationships, and unlocking new sales opportunities. Responsibilities
- Account Management
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key wholesale partners, acting as the main point of contact for the EMEA region.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and seasonal agreements that deliver win–win outcomes.
- Category Expansion
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our product categories within existing and new accounts.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through market insights, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Sales & Performance
- Drive and exceed sales targets and KPIs for your assigned territories.
- Market Development
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new wholesale partners to strengthen our brand presence in key markets.
- Represent the brand at international trade shows, industry events, and client meetings, bringing our collections to life.
Qualifications
- Experience
- 2+ years of experience in wholesale account management, ideally within the footwear or sneakers industry.
- Proven success in managing key accounts and scaling product categories.
- Skills
- Exceptional negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn numbers and trends into actionable growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and confidence in presentation and storytelling.
- Knowledge
- Deep understanding of the footwear market, key players and consumer behaviours.
- Familiarity with the wholesale business model and retail dynamics.
- Personal Attributes
- Passion for footwear and sneakers and a strong sense of style and product knowledge.
- Goal‑oriented, proactive and highly organised.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
