Based in our Ingredients Division in Valencia, this role bridges science, product design and customer collaboration to deliver functional, scalable and market-driven solutions.

ey ResponsibilitiesLead R\uamp;D projects focused on cocoa butter, cocoa powder, fillings and customized chocolate applications for industrial clients.
evelop new formulations and improve existing ones based on client needs, nutritional trends, and functional performance.
ollaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, sales and sustainability.
ork directly with key accounts and customers to co-create tailored product solutions.
anage pilot plant trials, scale-ups, and industrial validations in close coordination with factory operations.
eep abreast of market trends, raw material innovations and new technologies in cocoa and chocolate science.
nsure compliance with international food safety standards and support technical documentation and certifications.
equirementsDegree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related (Master’s/PhD is a plus).
+ years of experience in R\uamp;D or product development, ideally within the cocoa, chocolate or food ingredients sector.
roven track record developing industrial chocolate or cocoa ingredient solutions.
xperience managing cross-functional technical projects.
trong knowledge of processing technologies, emulsions, and fat systems.
xcellent communication and presentation skills.
nglish proficiency required; Spanish highly valued.
