Role- Business Analyst (Actimize)Location -Spain(Remote)Type of employment- Permanent (Full time)
Key Responsibilities
* Gather, document, and validate business requirements for Actimize SAM/ActOne implementations.
* Translate regulatory and compliance needs into functional specifications.
* Work closely with stakeholders to define workflows, rules, and case management processes.
* Configure and customize Actimize SAM/ActOne modules.
* Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
* Ensure alignment with AML, fraud detection, and compliance standards.
* Partner with developers, QA teams, and product owners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
* Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Actimize within the EU region.
* Provide training and guidance to junior analysts and business users.
* Governance & Compliance
* Ensure solutions meet EU regulatory requirements.
* Support audits, documentation, and compliance reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Actimize SAM/ActOne.
* Strong understanding of AML, fraud detection, and compliance processes.
* Hands-on experience in configuring Actimize workflows, rules, and case management
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience working in multinational EU teams (outside Germany).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Exposure to other Actimize modules (e.g., RCM, WLF).
* Knowledge of financial services domain (banking, payments, capital markets).
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
* Certifications in AML/KYC or Actimize platform preferred
