Your Challenge:
We are looking for a passionate E-Commerce Manager who loves beauty and digital environments, with proven experience in DTC (direct-to-consumer) strategies, digital marketing, CRM, and e-commerce platform management. This role will lead our owned online channel, ensuring sustainable sales growth, continuous improvement of the customer experience, and achievement of key KPIs.
Your Responsibilities:
Strategy & Business Development
* Define and execute the online sales strategy for the owned e-commerce channel.
* Achieve revenue, conversion, AOV, CAC, and profitability goals.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, retail, IT, and finance teams.
E-Commerce Channel Management
* Optimize the conversion funnel (UX/UI, navigation, checkout, mobile).
* Update products, categories, descriptions, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
* Implement new features aligned with business evolution.
Digital Marketing & Performance
* Participate in the design of traffic acquisition campaigns (SEO/SEM, paid media, affiliates, display, social ads) alongside the Media team.
* Measure results and adjust strategies to optimize ROAS.
* Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams for digital execution.
CRM & Customer Loyalty
* Coordinate with the CRM team on email marketing campaigns, segmentation, and automation.
* Develop strategies for retention, upselling, cross-selling, and loyalty (loyalty programs).
* Analyze engagement and conversion KPIs by segment.
Analytics & Reporting
* Monitor key KPIs:
traffic, conversion, bounce rate, average order value, lifetime value, churn.
* Use tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, Klaviyo, Shopify Analytics.
* Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
Vendor & Platform Management
* Coordinate development, performance, CRM, and UX design agencies.
* Ensure the proper functioning of the CMS and integrated tools.
What we expect from you:
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Business, or similar.
* 3–5 years in e-commerce, preferably in the beauty, luxury, or FMCG sectors.
* Native Spanish + High level of English (C1 minimum).
* CMS (Shopify)
* Analytics tools (GA, GSC, Data Studio, etc.)
* CRM/email automation platforms:
Klaviyo
* SEO/SEM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, UGC
