The International Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key global and regional clients to drive long-term growth and profitability. This role involves overseeing international accounts, coordinating cross-border activities, and aligning internal resources to meet customer needs and expectations.
Role and Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned international key clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across multiple geographies
* Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
* Monitor international market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform business strategies
* Manage contract negotiations, pricing structures, and service agreements in alignment with company policies and profitability targets
* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products/services according to client expectations and global standards
* Provide regular account performance updates, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management
Skill Requirements/Preferences
* Around 4 years of professional experience in consulting, preferably with exposure to international clients or cross-functional projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to align market opportunities with the company’s long-term goals
* Skilled in managing multiple projects with tight deadlines, including top-management reporting
* Collaborative mindset to work with internal and external stakeholders
* Strong communication, research, presentation and creative skills
* Full knowledge of MS Office required including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
* Must be creative and be able to think outside of the box
