Quick commerce is redefining how people shop – offering instant access to anything from your favourite local bakery to premium gourmet stores, right at your doorstep. In this internship, you'll work at the intersection of operations, relationship management, and commercial strategy, gaining exposure to one of the most dynamic areas in retail. Support the onboarding of new specialty partners by ensuring they have all the tools, training, and materials to succeed on our platform.Maintain up-to-date partner information and support day-to-day operations across key accounts.Track key performance metrics to monitor partner success and support decision-making.Be responsible for partners' business performance, analyze their main KPIs and ensure growth MoM, YoY.Improve operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers.Proficient in Google Sheets / MS Excel and comfortable managing data to extract insights.Solid written and spoken English communication skills Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
