Responsibilities Assist with the screening and interviews of professional candidates within the framework of the position specification for professional talent, and more specifically for middle and senior leadership positions.
Assist with the recruitment of passive candidates, assessing candidate expertise and long‐term career potential to match specific client needs, including permanent, freelance, and order‐based staffing requests.
Maintain tracking systems and communicate recruitment metrics for KPI measurement with identified stakeholders.
Support the effectiveness analysis of different sourcing channels and select approaches accordingly to attract hard‐to‐find professional candidates.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to identify both active and passive professional candidates.
Develop relationships with professional candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the placement process.
Communicate effectively the professional position opportunity and client value proposition to professional candidates.
Qualifications Basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.
Performs assignments using existing procedures.
Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline.
Contributions are usually limited to task‐related activities; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
