Under the supervision of the Unit Head, the ideal candidate will be responsible for directing innovative projects, coordinating engineering teams, and collaborating with external partners to improve ongoing developments and initiate new ventures in carbon capture technologies. /p pb Responsibilities: /b /pulli Lead engineering team and manage RD projects in CO2 capture to meet strategic milestones and project objectives /lili Coordinate with national and international external partners in co-development initiatives /lili Monitor the design, implementation, and evaluation of carbon capture technologies from lab to market-ready, including pilot scale /lili Conduct technical and economic analyses of proposed solutions /lili Present written and oral reports and results to senior management and project partners /lili Seek and identify new opportunities for technology and business development /li /ul pb Management Skills: /b /pulli Experienced in team leadership /lili Expert at participation and preparation of industrial RD projects funded by national and European institutions /lili Proficient at technology surveillance and seasoned at intellectual property management /lili Highly skilled in written and oral communication /li /ul pb Technical Requirements: /b /pulli Advanced competence in carbon dioxide (CO2) capture /lili Competences in CO2 valorization is a plus /lili Experienced in laboratory and pilot plant scale /li /ul pb We offer /b /pulli Competitive salary depending on level of experience.
