P Tempe is the footwear and accessories division of Inditex Group. /p p We are based in Alicante and currently have over 2000 employees of different nationalities and backgrounds. In Tempe you can find representation from all Inditex Group brands: Zara, Massimo Dutti, PullBear, Bershka, Zara Home, Oysho and Stradivarius — each with their own Design, Production, Buying, Merchandising and Distribution teams. /p pb FASHION BUYER /b /pp Define and execute the product selection and purchasing strategy for the assigned line or brand, ensuring a current, fresh and balanced collection that achieves the sales targets established for each campaign. /p p Position Duties: /pp· Trend forecasting: Monitor emerging fashion and commercial trends to ensure collections remain innovative and market-leading. /pp· Customer focus: Analyze consumer behavior and market needs, considering key calendar milestones to deliver attractive and commercially strong product proposals. Identify target customers and the product they demand. /pp· Competitive analysis: Conduct ongoing competitor research to maintain a 360º view of the fashion industry and anticipate commercial strategy. /pp· Collaboration with Design team: Work closely with the creative team to integrate identified trends into the collection, aligning them with the commercial calendar, special collections and market-specific needs. /pp· Collaboration with Brand/Line Management: Partner with the Brand or Line Director to build a strong product vision, support strategic decision-making and act as a commercial product reference. /pp· Collaboration with HQ teams: Work continuously with central teams to ensure alignment with strategic and product guidelines and jointly define final purchasing decisions. /pp· Shopping trips: Travel to key fashion cities to identify trend products and gain deeper market insight. /pp· Sales analysis: Evaluate collection performance through sales analysis to make decisions for future campaigns and adjust the current collection when needed. /pp· Collection structure definition: Define the structure of the collection in collaboration with Buying and Controlling teams, planning number of references, product lifecycle, rotation, store and market segmentation, pricing, purchase quantities and expected margins. /p p Academic Background: /pp· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Fashion Management or similar. /pp· A Master’s Degree in Fashion, Commercial Management or related fields will be highly valued. /p p Specific Knowledge: /pp· Strong knowledge of Fashion Trends with solid commercial judgement. /pp· C1 level of English. /pp· Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge. /pp· Availability and willingness to travel. /pp· Passion for fashion, lifestyle and trends. /pp· Previous experience in fashion companies is highly valued. /p
