The Opportunity
We are looking for a Digital Specialist to manage and develop our digital presence across websites, search engines, and digital campaigns. This role is ideal for a hands-on digital professional who combines technical skills with strategic thinking and understands the importance of brand positioning and compliance in a sensitive, premium sector.
You will work closely with management and external partners to ensure Oasis Premium Recovery's online presence reflects the quality, discretion, and trust expected by our clients.
Role Description
The Digital Specialist is responsible for managing, optimizing, and developing Oasis Premium Recovery's digital presence across websites, search engines, advertising platforms, and selected online channels.
This role combines content management, SEO and performance optimization, digital advertising support, analytics, and ongoing digital improvements, working closely with management, marketing, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management & Optimization
* Manage and update company websites using CMS platforms (e.G. WordPress)
* Edit, structure, and optimize website content to ensure clarity, consistency, and premium brand tone
* Improve page layouts, navigation, and user experience
* Coordinate website improvements with designers, developers, and content writers
* Ensure websites are technically sound and aligned with brand and compliance guidelines
SEO Strategy & Implementation
* Implement and manage on-page SEO:
* Meta titles and descriptions
* Heading structure (H1–H3)
* Internal linking
* Keyword optimization
* Support content-driven SEO (blogs, service pages, landing pages)
* Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
* Monitor SEO performance and recommend improvements
Digital Advertising & Campaign Support
* Assist in planning, setting up, and managing digital advertising campaigns:
* Google Ads
* Social media advertising platforms
* Support ad copy development and landing page optimization
* Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations
* Coordinate with external advertising specialists when required
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
* Set up and monitor analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, tracking pixels)
* Track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance
* Prepare internal performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
* Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and user experience
Content & Digital Assets Management
* Support creation and optimization of digital content:
* Website texts
* Blog articles
* Campaign landing pages
* Ensure all digital content aligns with:
* Brand positioning
* Ethical and legal standards relevant to wellness and recovery services
* Manage digital asset libraries
Online Research & Digital Development
* Conduct research into:
* Digital marketing trends
* Competitor activity
* New platforms and tools
* Identify digital growth opportunities aligned with the company's strategy
Compliance, Brand & Confidentiality
* Ensure all digital communications respect:
* Client confidentiality
* Advertising and healthcare-related compliance guidelines
* Brand tone and ethical positioning
Requirements
* Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, or website management
* Strong knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
* Solid understanding of SEO principles and analytics
* Experience with digital advertising platforms is a strong advantage
* Strong written English (additional languages are a plus)
* Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable
