You will be working in a fun, collaborative environment with unrivalled autonomy and exciting opportunities to progress your career. /ppbr/ppThis is a key client-facing role, serving as the first point of contact for hiring managers, supplier partners, and our temporary contractors. /ppbr/ppThe role can offer the opportunity to be based in any of our European locations: UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain and Portugal. /ppbr/ppWhat you’ll do: /ppbr/pp✔️ Support contract recruitment process for some of the biggest brands, globally /ppbr/pp✔️ Build effective relationships with MSP partners and end clients to expand opportunities /ppbr/pp✔️ Oversee candidate management, shortlist selection and onboarding/offboarding processes /ppbr/pp✔️ Coordinate interviews and manage high-volume requisitions /ppbr/pp✔️ Monitor compliance, time approvals, and assignment lifecycle /ppbr/pp✔️ Act as a liaison between clients, suppliers, and contractors /ppbr/pp✔️ Provide training and client support on VMS processes /ppbr/ppWhat we’re looking for: /ppbr/pp 3+ years of client account management and contract recruitment experience /ppbr/pp Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills /ppbr/pp Proficiency in MS Office; Fieldglass/Beeline experience is a big plus /ppbr/pp Experience supporting Fortune 500/1000 organisations is preferred /ppbr/ppIdeal applicants will have a track record of success partnering with MSPs and working on high volume, fast paced client accounts. /ppbr/ppWe are looking for candidates to be fluent in English language, any other European languages would be advantageous. /p
