Your Mission and responsibilities:
At NUMAI, sales isn’t about closing deals — it’s about opening doors. You’ll help families take one of the biggest steps of their lives: buying a home. Your role is to make that journey clear, safe, and possible.
- Guide clients from the first call to the notary’s office, ensuring they understand every step.
- Coordinate with notaries, lawyers, sellers, and families — and keep the process calm and transparent.
- Anticipate challenges before they become problems, whether it’s paperwork, payment doubts, or family debates.
- Help with marketing localisation: adapt our campaigns, test messages, and make NUMAI’s story resonate in Spain.
- Operate independently in Andalusia, with freedom and responsibility to grow NUMAI locally.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English — both are essential.
- You’ve sold before — at least 2 years in B2C or B2B.
- Real estate or fintech experience? Nice. But if you can convince us otherwise, we’re listening.
- Independent, organized, and ready to take ownership of your work.
- Proactive and confident in driving your own success — no micromanagement needed.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, sometimes uncertain environment (this is a startup, not a bank).
