Descripción del trabajoThis role is responsible for managing E2E SW CRM processes for a global business unit with minimum supervision.
The role reviews current sales / business processes and performance metrics for regional and global business unit planning teams, and identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize operational processes. The role gathers and analyses business and operations requirements, data, creates reports and establishes management dashboards and review documents.
Requisitos de Educación y Experiencia
Four-year Degree in Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has min 5-7 years of work experience, preferably in CRM, operations, or a related field.
Certificaciones Preferidas
PMP and Lean Six Sigma certification are a plus.
