The Role

As an Account Director, you will be responsible for managing the ITS relationship with key assigned clients. Working with fellow IQVIA colleagues, you will support the broader IQVIA offer and represent IQVIA Translation Services (ITS) independently. The role is key to driving ITS revenue streams by presenting innovative, effective, and compelling solutions to our clients' language challenges. Your primary goals are to win new clients, retain and expand existing clients by presenting industry-leading language solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You should identify new profitable revenue opportunities in assigned accounts and, in consultation with IQVIA account teams, deliver enterprise-level programs that enhance IQVIA's reputation and position ITS as the client's strategic language vendor.

Your Responsibilities will include :
* Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets by managing assigned accounts to achieve or surpass revenue and growth goals.
* Coordinate sales and service lines regionally and nationally for assigned accounts to ensure a shared vision and effective client engagement strategies.
* Develop deep knowledge of the client and propose innovative ideas to develop and close opportunities, providing end-to-end solutions and increasing sales value over time.
* Understand IQVIA and IQVIA Translation Services capabilities to maximize account growth.
* Collaborate across the organization to ensure engagement and alignment with account strategies, supporting new business opportunities.
* Manage overall client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities :
* 7-10 years of relevant experience.
* At least 7 years in a client-facing role.
* Deep knowledge of language services and current trends.
* Highly numerate with excellent presentation skills for individuals and groups.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong asset.
* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to meet strict deadlines, manage priorities, and adapt to changing demands.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* First-class organizational skills.
* High business acumen.
