YOUR ROLE
An Operations and Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of operations within a company, for a dedicated customer.
This position requires a blend of customer service, administrative duties, and operations skills.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
* Organize, operate, and invoice daily transport activities for the customer.
* Manage complaints or queries made by customers, ensuring their correct resolution in the shortest possible time to guarantee customer satisfaction.
* Act as a CEVA ambassador in front of the client, ensuring CEVA interests are respected in daily operations.
* Establish relationships with clients and continually provide high standards of customer service.
* Follow quality, safety, and environmental procedures and standards, and adhere to instructions to comply with QHSE requirements.
* Be a team player within CEVA for this customer, cooperating with internal stakeholders.
* Develop any other tasks entrusted by CEVA within the scope of the organization and according to responsibilities.
¿QUÉ ESTAMOS BUSCANDO?
* Education: Medium or higher degree in Transport Management or Business Administration.
* Languages: High level of English.
* Experience: 3 to 5 years in similar roles within a multinational logistics and/or transportation company.
* Specialist knowledge: High proficiency in Outlook and Excel.
