RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE* Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales enfocadas en el desarrollo regional.* Liderar, formar y motivar al equipo de delegados, impulsando su rendimiento y competencias.* Colaborar en la mejora continua de procesos y eficiencia operativa.* Asegurar la excelencia en la atención al cliente.* Fomentar relaciones cercanas y duraderas con nuestros clientes.* Transmitir entusiasmo, innovación y dinamismo en cada acción. REQUISITOS* Titulación universitaria (preferible en Ciencias de la Salud).* Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en visita a farmacia.* Al menos 5 años gestionando equipos de delegados de farmacia en la industria farmacéutica.* Inglés alto valorado.* Carnet de conducir.* Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional.
