We are looking for a Service Engineer responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar panel cleaning robots at customer sites.The role requires strong technical skills and the ability to handle on-site challenges while ensuring customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform installation and commissioning of solar cleaning robots at siteHandle preventive maintenance (PM) and breakdown maintenance (BM)Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issuesEnsure proper robot performance and functionalityCoordinate with design, production, and support teams for issue resolutionProvide on-site training to customer/operator teamsMaintain service reports, logs, and documentationEnsure timely closure of service tickets/complaintsSupport remote troubleshooting when requiredEnsure adherence to safety standards at siteRequired SkillsKnowledge of mechanical and basic electrical systemsHands-on experience in installation and troubleshootingUnderstanding of motors, sensors, wiring, and control systemsAbility to read technical drawings and wiring diagramsGood problem-solving skillsStrong communication and customer handling skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in field service / site workExposure to robotics / automation / solar industryBasic knowledge of PLC or controllers (added advantage)Willingness to travel frequently#J-*****-Ljbffr
