We’re not looking for just a marketer. We’re looking for a growth strategist who can take Review Collect and turn it into the most desirable SaaS in our market.
Today, 80% of our pipeline comes from outbound.
Your mission :
build a predictable inbound growth engine that drives a continuous flow of qualified leads and scale Review Collect from €500K ARR → €10M ARR. You get full ownership. You’ll have total freedom to create, test, and scale. But impact and results are the only KPIs that matter.

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
* 5+ years in Growth Marketing within a SaaS B2B environment
* Proven track record of turning a SaaS product into a best-selling online success
* Scaling large paid acquisition campaigns with strong ROAS
* Driving significant organic traffic growth
* Running multi-country acquisition campaigns successfully
* Strong expertise in copywriting, positioning, packaging, and conversion
* Skilled at creating high-performing ad creatives and marketing assets
* Fluent English mandatory

Responsibilities
1. 1. Make Review Collect Irresistible (40%)
2. Define product positioning and find the angles that trigger conversions
3. Craft high-impact messaging, killer hooks, and conversion-driven assets
4. Design landing pages, ads, and funnels that outperform benchmarks
5. Elevate our storytelling across website, campaigns, videos, and decks
6. 2. Scale Paid Acquisition Across Multiple Markets (35%)
7. Manage and scale multi-channel campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
8. Launch high-performing campaigns across several countries
9. Continuously test angles, creatives, audiences, and funnels
10. Hit aggressive goals:
ROAS >
4x and CAC payback
11. 3. Build the Inbound Engine (25%)
12. Develop a SEO + content strategy to massively grow organic traffic
13. Produce case studies, guides, videos, and high-value content
14. Build a predictable lead generation system
15. Work closely with the founders to create a global demand engine
16. Automation, SQL, and growth stack are fully managed internally → your focus is marketing, scale, and ROI
