As an Automation Engineer at Baxter's Sabiñanigo plant, you will ensure optimal performance, reliability, and stability of automated equipment across regional and global sites. You will work within a Regional Engineering Team, focusing on PLC/HMI programming, data communication, and automation problem solving to boost packaging process efficiency in a GMP environment. You will lead root-cause analyses, support digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives, and train site technicians to sustain high equipment effectiveness. This role combines hands-on automation work with cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable improvements and reliable operations.

- Fix and optimize PLC and HMI systems on automated production lines
- Develop and modify control logic to improve process stability and reduce downtime
- Integrate SCADA and MES systems for data collection and performance tracking
- Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions for automation issues

Responsabilidades
- Degree or equivalent in Automation, Software, Control Engineering or a similar field
- Proven exposure to automation of filling/packaging technology xqysrnh in manufacturing/production, ideally pharma or healthcare
- Strong PLC programming, HMI, and SCADA development knowledge
- Solid understanding of automation architectures and system integration
- Analytical and structured problem-solving approach
- Good communication in English in a work environment
- Willingness to travel 80% of the time
