**Strategic Key Account Manager, Central Spain****_Highly Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits + Career Enhancement_****_Reporting to Manager of Strategic Key Accounts_****_Location: Madrid, Spain_****Your responsibilities**:- Manage and enhance relationship with end users on assigned territory.- Identify key customers in the territory.- Meet with doctors, decision makers to form demand and pass the projects to distributors.- Support key projects / tenders in hand with the Mindray team and distributors.- Maintain and enhance the quality and profitability of the sales plan through the development of operationally feasible and cost-effective programs.- Collect and analyse information of the market, e.g., competitors' activities and customers’ requirements etc for maximizing business opportunities.- Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars and other promotion activities.- Work close with key clients, decision makers and hospitals in the region.**What are we looking for in you?**- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in medical related disciplines is preferred.- At least 3 years’ experience in sales of USI/PMLS /IVD products (e.g., monitors, anaesthesia machines, ventilators, surgical products, ultrasound, X ray, Laboratory products etc.) or in related sphere of medical device industry.- Prepared to travel up to 70% of the time- Fluent in Spanish and a business knowledge of English, both written and spoken.- Experienced in working with end users and key clients.- Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit- Ability to work in Spain without the requirement for company sponsorship**What’s in it for you?**- Mindray Europe, as part of the global Mindray business, offers a wide selection of bespoke benefits dependent on your location, along with a competitive compensation package and a commitment to a long term working relationship.
