Acting with respect is at the heart of everything we do, and we are fully committed to creating a workplace where differences are celebrated and everyone feels empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.**Job Description**We are looking for an HRBP providing the full range of HR activities, with experience in Recruiting and HR Business Partnering, to actively partner with our employees and managers of Spain.The role includes employee relations, HR Analytics, talent management, recruitment, employees lifecycle changes, project work and more. Covering the whole range of HR processes, the successful incumbent will build a deep understanding of business operations to have significant ownership of service delivery and will assist managers in balanced decision making by using and embracing the use of HR data.Key Responsibilities includeLabor Relations:* Accompany business in the resolution of legal and labor issues* Resolution of labor doubts.* Build solid relationships with employees, managers and employee representativesWorkforce and Budget Planning:* Follow up on personnel budget, monitoring the evolution of costs during the year* Socialize benefit and incentive implementation with business leaders and employees, ensuring consistent in-country communication of compensation and benefits related plans* Align recommendations on salary offers, promotional increases, bonuses,....Talent and Culture:* Build trusting relationships with key business customers and coach them on talent management and performance differentiation* Develop and coordinate recruitment processes as per local business needs and priorities; manage and participate in selection processes for different positionsYour Skills and expertise* 2 to 3 years of progressive HR experience (knowledge of retail or hospitality sectors is appreciated)* Knowledge of employment laws and regulations* Strong communication skills and ability to positively influence others* Ability to operate in a fast paced environment with multiple stakeholders* Result orientation with high productivity; strong desire for success; bias for action and sense of urgency* Fluent in English* Availability to travel, when needed* Digital Literacy.
