You will join the core squad responsible for implementing and optimizing the personalization of promotions within the Lidl Plus app, a key strategic product for the group. This role is essential for ensuring successful implementation and adoption across all Lidl countries. You will act as the crucial right-hand partner to the Product Owner, focusing heavily on operational excellence, international stakeholder management, and product readiness.

Ready to play a central role in driving customer loyalty and value in one of the largest retail apps in Europe?

Ready to be part of the challenge?

In this Role, you'll get to

* Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain and organize product documentation, best practices, and release notes in tools like Confluence for clear, country-agnostic product utilization.
* Minimize Risk: Proactively identify potential project risks (technical, market, or operational) and propose mitigation strategies in collaboration with the Product Owner and the development team.
* Drive International Rollouts: Manage the end-to-end rollout process for new features and updates related to personalized promotions, ensuring smooth and effective deployment across multiple Lidl countries.
* Manage Operational Support & Incidents: Oversee the triage, prioritization, and resolution of product-related support queries and incidents, acting as the key point of contact for operational issues from local markets.
* Champion Product Marketing: Develop clear communication materials, training, and compelling business cases to effectively "sell" our product ideas and value proposition to the Lidl countries, ensuring high adoption rates.
* Maintain Market Awareness: Conduct continuous market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on the latest trends in retail benefits, loyalty, and personalization technology, feeding insights back into the product strategy.
* Coordinate Cross-Squad Dependencies: Facilitate communication and collaboration with other internal Product Managers and squads to resolve dependencies, align roadmaps, and ensure seamless integration of the promotion engine.
* Technical and Business Translator: Partner with the Product Owner and Tech Lead to drive the squad's direction, effectively translating complex business requirements into clear, technical specifications and user stories for the development team.
* Support A/B Testing & Data Analysis: Work closely with the Product Owner and Data Analysts (DA) to propose, prioritize, and promote impactful A/B tests, measure key product performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze results to drive iterative improvements.
* Own Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface between the product squad and various international stakeholders, including country-level product teams, customer service representatives, and internal business departments, gathering requirements and managing expectations.

Required Skills

* Expertise in product management tools, specifically JIRA and Confluence.
* Familiarity with the Spotify Model (Squads, Chapters, Tribes) or other scaled Agile frameworks is a plus.
* Experience in the retail, loyalty, or e-commerce benefits/promotions domain is a significant advantage.
* Ability to understand complex technical and business dependencies between different teams and systems.
* Strong analytical skills with a comfort level in defining, measuring, and analyzing product KPIs and A/B test results.
* Proven record of managing projects or operational support in multinational and partially remote environments.
* Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory, given the location and international stakeholder focus. German is a plus.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and leadership skills, capable of influencing diverse, cross-cultural teams.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Product Manager or in a similar supporting role within a digital product development environment.
