We are looking for a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join a dynamic recruitment team. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities, helping to attract top talent and contributing to early career initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
* Source candidates through job boards, social media, and innovative channels
* Create engaging and inclusive job postings
* Screen applications and assess candidate potential
* Coordinate and participate in interviews
* Support early career programs and university partnerships
* Contribute to HR and recruitment projects
Requirements:
* Degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field
* Initial experience in recruitment (internship or 1–2 years)
* Strong interest in sourcing tools and digital xbhjioe recruitment trends
* Fluent Spanish and English
* Excellent communication skills and proactive mindset
