About the role:
As a Junior Cisco Tech Presales Specialist, you will be responsible for working in CISCO solution area, gaining accreditation and subject matter expert expertise (predominantly for one vendor), working internally/externally with the partner base and sales organisation on defining less complex solutions and projects for partners.
What you'll do:
* Support the design and configuration of vendor solutions with the sales team, including defining a Bill of Materials to meet customer requirements.
* Create quotes on the CISCO portfolio using CISCO tools.
* Engage in internal discussions with European CISCO teams, partners, and end customers.
* Manage workshops and training sessions.
* Provide high-quality service and meet customer SLAs.
* Communicate product and technology information to educate internal and external audiences.
* Handle product/solution inquiries from sales, vendors, and resellers.
* Achieve and maintain vendor-related accreditation and deepen technical knowledge.
What we're looking for:
* Technical knowledge in Wireless, Routing & Switching.
* Experience in CCNA Routing & Switching.
* Knowledge of Webex and VOIP telephony exchanges.
* Desirable: Knowledge of the complete CISCO portfolio, experience in pre-sales and business development.
* CCNA certification is mandatory.
* Multicultural person capable of communicating with diverse stakeholders and collaborating with the Cisco Central European TD SYNNEX team.
* Willingness to travel for workshops.
