About the role
As a Secondary Teacher at CEM, you will play a key role in shaping a dynamic, inclusive, and future-focused learning environment. You will deliver high-quality lessons that inspire students to think independently, take initiative, and strive for excellence. With clear planning, engaging content, and effective assessment, you will model outstanding teaching practice within your subject area. Beyond the classroom, you will contribute to whole-school priorities, collaborate on curriculum development, and support robust systems for tracking student progress. As a valued member of our professional community, you’ll be expected to engage with families, participate in wider school events, and foster a culture of innovation, growth, and high expectations.

You are an experienced, qualified teacher with a passion for secondary education and a commitment to student wellbeing and success. You bring creativity, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset to your teaching. You communicate with clarity, adapt easily to change, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents alike. Your lessons are engaging, purposeful, and rooted in best practice. With at least some teaching experience and fluency in English, you are ready to lead, inspire, and grow within a global learning community that values innovation, inclusivity, and personal development.
