Responsibilities

* Assist Service Engineers and partners in daily troubleshooting and technical issue resolution.
* Document recurring problems and summarize solution processes to improve service efficiency.
* Communicate with customers to gather documentation and support ESS commissioning planning.
* Monitor plant performance and report on problematic sites to enable timely corrective actions.
Your profile
*
* You have recently graduated from a degree in Electrical or Power Engineering.
* You have a strong interest in renewable energy and a willingness to learn and grow.
* You are well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks efficiently.
* You have solid English and Spanish skills (C1), enabling you to read technical documentation and communicate professionally.
