Role description
We are looking for proactive, confident on-site Sales Representatives to join our team for a major industry event in Barcelona .
This is not a promotional or leaflet-distribution role.
This position is about active sales conversations, lead qualification, and representing our services professionally at the event .
Only candidates who successfully complete training and pass a final assessment will be selected to represent our company at the event.
How the selection process works
1) Initial selection (December / early January)
2) Intensive paid training (approx. 1 week):
* Our services and value proposition
* Target clients & qualification criteria
* Sales scripts & objection handling
3) Knowledge & skills test
4) Final selection for the Barcelona event
Only candidates who pass the test will proceed to the on-site role.
Event responsibilities
January 19–21, 09:00 - 18:00 (On Site, Barcelona)
* Actively engage with event attendees and potential clients
* Present and sell our services professionally
* Identify, qualify, and collect high-quality leads
* Transfer all collected leads to our internal sales team
* Meet daily KPIs of leads

This role requires active selling. Representatives are expected to initiate conversations, qualify prospects, and generate leads. Passive promotional activity only (e.G. handing out flyers) is not considered acceptable performance.
