We're seeking an experienced marketing executive with deep expertise in the travel loyalty space to join our team as a Fractional CMO. In this strategic leadership role, you'll drive our marketing vision, build our brand presence, and accelerate growth—all while working on a adaptable, fractional basis.

What you'll do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Build and optimize our marketing infrastructure, processes, and tech stack
- Lead demand generation initiatives across digital channels
- Guide brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize ROI
- Mentor and collaborate with our existing marketing team members
- Partner with leadership on growth initiatives and strategic planning
What We’re Looking For Required:
- 10+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
- Deep knowledge of the travel loyalty industry (airline miles, hotel points, credit card rewards, loyalty program ecosystems)
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth and revenue impactDeep expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and customer acquisition
- Experience scaling marketing functions at growth-stage companies
- Strong analytical skills with data‑driven decision‑making approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred:
- Previous fractional or consulting experience
- Direct experience working with airlines, hotel chains, OTAs, or loyalty program providers
- Understanding of points valuations, redemption strategies, and loyalty program mechanics
- Familiarity with travel marketing tools and affiliate ecosystems
- Track record of building high-performing marketing teams
