DescriptionAn international IT services company is looking for a First Line Analyst with advanced Dutch and German skills to join their multilingual support team in Barcelona.
You will be part of a general service desk that provides IT support to users across Europe, helping them solve technical issues and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Main Responsibilities :
Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing tools.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Log and document all calls and actions in the system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Collaborate with other team members and departments.
Requirements
Advanced level of Dutch and German (spoken and written).
Advanced level of English.
Interest in IT and willingness to learn.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented mindset and team spirit.
Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude.
