This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced and motivated real estate professional who wants to focus on sales not paperwork supported by a strong internal team that manages marketing administration and legal processes.

Your Role
- Guide international clients through the full property-buying process.
- Conduct online and in-person viewings of new developments.
- Negotiate and close property sales with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Fluent in German French or Polish plus strong English.
- Minimum 1 year of real estate or proven sales experience.
- Based on the Costa del Sol.
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle.
- Self-motivated organized and professional.
