Working as part of the ERP team you'll collect information, analyze requirements, and solve problems, providing technical and operational support.
We are looking for a Technical Lead in ERP who can lead customers and an internal team to the best technical solution, supporting the Project Manager toward project success. Together we do what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
As a team leader you will supervise the IT and functional team, plan and execute daily activities; manage resource allocation and budgets based on project needs by implementing strategies to maximize service and product effectiveness.
* System Design and Development: Create and customize ERP software to meet specific business needs.
* Integration: Ensure seamless integration of ERP modules with other business systems.
* Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for ERP systems.
* Data Management: Manage and maintain data integrity within the ERP system.
* User Training: Train end-users on how to effectively use the ERP system.
* Upgrades and Maintenance: Implement system upgrades and perform regular maintenance.
* Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
* Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes.
* Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure efficiency.
* Compliance and Security: Ensure the ERP system complies with industry standards and security protocols.
Job Qualifications
Skills and Experiences:
* Structured experience in D365 F&O / Microsoft Dynamics AX implementations.
* Deep knowledge of the X++ programming language.
* Experience with Azure DevOps / VSTS.
* Problem solving orientation.
* Ability to relate effectively with internal and external customers. xqysrnh
