The Third in Charge (3IC) is an entry-level leadership role dedicated to elevating the in-store experience through strong selling, exceptional customer service, and team performance. Working across all areas of the store, the 3IC is not tied to one department. Instead, you play a key role in driving sales and service by lifting the consistency, energy, and execution of the shop floor, ensuring every moment with the customer reflects our brand at its best.
