We seek a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in operations, process improvement, project management, or consulting, who has achieved tangible results, not just created PowerPoint presentations. You should thrive in high-pressure environments and have experience in hands-on, complex problem-solving roles such as process engineering, operations management, or manufacturing.You will excel if you have:
Proven track record of implementing large-scale process improvements in tough industrial environmentsExceptional communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to skeptical audiencesA systemic thinker who values rigorous processes over buzzwords and quick fixesComfort challenging the status quo and pushing for meaningful change despite resistanceAbility to maintain composure and effectiveness with tough stakeholdersExperience in high-accountability, fast-paced environments (e.G., manufacturing, logistics, industrial operations, process improvement)Experience with Lean or OKR consulting, delivering real impactA team-oriented mindset, valuing collective success over individual achievementFluent in Spanish and English;
