Currently we need to reinforce our team by incorporating an Executive Assistant. Your Role
Provide direct assistance to the Managing Director in daily administrative and operational tasks Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements Support in preparing reports and presentations Perform other administrative and organizational tasks as required Manage purchasing, import documentation, samples and incidents with suppliers Update internal databases with order details Your Skills and Experience
Previous and recent experience (at least 2 years) in functions related Training in international trade or other relevant fields Languages : High level of English and French desirable Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proactive and detail-oriented mindset Additional Information
