As the Tech Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the development team in the more complex technical tasks, ensuring the success of each developer in the project.This role reports to:

Guide the development team in technical tasks.Participate in requirements analysis.Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality software design.Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.Integrate software components and third-party programs.Upgrade, configure, and debug existing systems.Test and deploy applications and systems.Revise, update, refactor, and debug code.Improve existing software.Develop documentation throughout the SDLC.Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.Support web, desktop, or mobile applications.Establish a technical vision with the development team to achieve company goals.Requirements
Experience leading small development teams.Deep knowledge of at least one .NET language (e.G., C#, .NET Core) and HTML5/CSS3.Familiarity with ASP.NET Core, .NET framework, and design/architectural patterns (e.G., MVC).Knowledge of architecture styles/APIs (REST, SOAP).Experience with databases and ORM.Ability to learn new languages and technologies.Understanding of Agile methodologies.Familiarity with Azure DevOps and cloud technologies.And there’s more!
