Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, with over 20 years of experience in Customer Experience services, is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead.The Technical Lead in Omega's Marketing team is responsible for overseeing the technical progress of projects, advising technical roles, and ensuring the development team meets client and company expectations regarding quality and profitability.Key responsibilities include:
Supporting commercial and functional teams with technical knowledge on solution design, estimation, and assumptions.Leading technical aspects of projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and cost adherence.Ensuring quality standards and technical documentation delivery.Providing effort estimations and collaborating on project demos.Identifying opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and methodological improvements.Collaborating with technology providers and evaluating innovative products.Sharing technical knowledge and mentoring within Omega's community of practice.Requirements:
