Overview
TheRegional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing sales activities within a designated geographic area for the real estate sector. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies and driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee and deliver the sales and marketing strategy.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the real estate industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, investment principles, and property development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
