Senior Analyst (m/f/x), Planning & Reporting – CSL Behring (Europe)
(Fulltime / permanent / Location: Europe – ideally based out of Prague, Warsaw, Barcelona, Milan, Stockholm or Mechelen)
The Opportunity
As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for CSL Behring’s Commercial Operations. You’ll collaborate closely with Finance Business Partners and cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with strategic goals. Your work will directly support decision-making and operational efficiency across multiple affiliate countries.
The Role
1. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across designated clusters.
2. Develop standardized tools and templates to ensure consistency and accuracy.
3. Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.
4. Provide variance analysis and scenario planning to support strategic decisions.
5. Champion process excellence and continuous improvement in financial operations.
6. Collaborate with Commercial Finance Business Partners and global FP&A teams.
7. Support financial systems enhancements and automation initiatives.
8. Maintain master data objects and ensure compliance with financial policies.
Your Skills and Experience:
9. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
10. CPA/CA or MBA is a plus.
11. 3+ years in FP&A, financial planning, or reporting.
12. Experience with budget cycles, month-end close, and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI).
13. Exposure to global manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
14. Strong analytical and numerical skills.
15. Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
16. High attention to detail and organizational skills.
17. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably Analysis for Office.
18. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
19. Continuous improvement mindset and learning agility.

This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Reporting – ComOps EU/CAN & Midsize. You’ll be a key member of the FP&A Planning & Reporting Team and work closely with:
