Your Profile
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Backend development with some knowledge specifically in Kotlin.
* Languages: English (minimum B2) and Spanish.
* Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain: Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications/microservices.
* Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to create seamless and performant user experiences. Collaborate on the design of the cluster architecture.
* Create automated tests/alerts.
* Lead and mentor: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
* Optimize: Enhance components and analyze new functionalities/system improvements.
* DevOps: Maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment configurations, and related processes.
* Innovate: Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, suggesting and implementing innovative solutions.
* Debug and troubleshoot: Identify and resolve performance issues, bugs, and bottlenecks promptly.
* Documentation and support: Provide technical documentation and support across environments and business needs.
Requirements
* Experience with communication protocols: REST, SOAP.
* Experience in creating automated tests.
* Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
* Understanding of development and architecture patterns.
* Experience working in Agile environments.
* Knowledge of CI/CD practices and Clean Architecture principles.
* DevOps skills: AWS, Docker, GitHub Actions, etc.
* Monitoring tools and practices.
* Experience with Jira and Confluence.
